No this light will do the preset white
Do strobe lights cause epileptic fits?
Yes it is possible that a strobe light can cause a fit if the person has severe epilepsy. In most cases the person suffering from epilepsy would know and stay away from that area. It is in a very rare case that this could happen and if someone does suffer from fits caused by strobe lights, normal party lights would also have the same effect on that person.
What is required to make this light work?
All you are required to do is plug into power and switch on. This light can be adjusted to set the flash rate.
